We can see the absolutely best layout for your house, based on your needs and lifestyle, and we can remove everything that is stopping you from living your best home life. We love it when clients say ‘I would have never thought of that!’ when we’ve solved a problem that has been bugging them.

We can do this because – yes we have a supernatural talent for it, but also – we have been doing this for a long time. Our architectural knowledge is super handy for assessing the best layout to make the most of your space. Our solutions can be bold, but they always pay dividends and our clients never regret them.

If we have a look, it is quiet luxury, with a range of calming tones and sumptuous textures, but the whole Studio Dean effect is so much more than that. Working with Studio Dean will change your homelife. We fundamentally elevate every moment of every day, from sitting in bed with a cuppa, to doing the laundry, to hosting a dinner party. But the fun doesn’t start for you once the work is done. Oh no! We love to spoil out clients. We will do a style meet at our offices which is all about you, your wants, needs, likes and loves. We will make sure we have your favourite snacks and drinks to hand and make you feel at home. We will probably send you home with one of our new Studio Dean scented candles too.

When your design stage is finalised, we present you with a gorgeous book, personalised to you with the designs and CGI renders of what your house will look like, so you can look at it in the midst of the process to focus on the beautiful outcome, and show all your friends.

WE’RE THE ONES WHO LAUNCHED A HOMEWARE BRAND

One day we were chatting in the studio about how it is a shame that only people within a certain radius of our base in Newcastle, in Edinburgh, Northumberland, Sunderland and thereabout can enjoy the benefits of Studio Dean’s special brand of interior design. Our lightbulb moment came when we realised, we could launch a homeware brand to help anyone across the UK create the Studio Dean interior designer look and feel! Our clever team has since launched The Studio Dean Edit, with an in-house designed, original collection of original, luxury wallpapers, called EVOLVED all inspired by patterns and textures found in the Northumberland countryside. We have also handpicked a selection of homeware which we would 100% choose for our interior design clients (some of which we already have) to instantly create our style.
